Weekly Wellness Challenge #1: Gratitude Jars



Every day, write at least one thing you're thankful for on a tiny piece of paper or sticky note, put it in a special jar, and watch as they fill up over time. (Then empty it into a bag and start again!) I did this during the toughest health years I went through, with my depression and isolation, and it's so amazing now to look back on the big bag I have of all of these! Even if someone smiled at your or gave you a hug that day, write it down! Or you felt the sun shining on your face, or heard the birds singing outside. So simple but so powerful...
